How to schedule through the portal

Open your portal
Use the Premier Clinic portal link above — it goes straight to our portal, no searching needed.

Sign in or create access
Choose Log in with athenahealth. If you have not registered, use the sign-up option or contact our office for a portal invitation.

Open Appointments or Visits
After signing in, choose Appointments or Visits. Select Book Visit or the available scheduling option.

Choose the correct visit
Follow the prompts for appointment reason, provider, location, date, and time. Review your selection before submitting.

Check for confirmation
Your portal will show whether the visit is scheduled or whether the request is waiting for staff confirmation.

Online scheduling shows real-time availability by location. If you do not see the visit type you need, send an appointment message from the portal or call Premier Clinic.
